When purchasing a gift voucher on planetarium.dk, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Remember that you have to print the gift voucher yourself or keep it on your smartphone

If you purchase the gift voucher in the Planetarium’s store, you will receive a free card and envelope.

Gift vouchers must be used within 3 years and the residual amount is nonrefundable.

The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
